SAS-CNRS workshop in Smolenice (May 21-23, 2018)

2485

The goal of the workshop was to start an intensive scientific collaboration between Slovakia and France in various topics. Slovak Academy of Sciences and The French National Center for Scientific Research (Centre national de la recherche scientifique, CNRS) have participated as two sides in this meeting. Besides others, members of magnetic group from the Physics and technology at nanoscale (IEE SAS) department represented the Slovak side and André Thiaville from the Laboratoire de Physique des Solides at the University Paris-Sud (Orsay) represented the French side. The discussions were focused on current research, common topics, and students and scientists exchange mobilities. The future collaboration was confirmed from both sides and we believe that joining with well-known scientific groups can support the interesting results at the international level.
