On March 23, 2020, the Crisis Assembly (CA) of the IEE SAS met and agreed on the following rules for the upcoming period:
- All employees are obliged to inform the employer if they are infected with coronavirus as well as with the fact that they were in contact with infected people. In such a case, they are obliged to undergo quarantine and must not visit the institute.
- The Institute remains in the regime without porters.
- After entering the building, it is necessary to write the exact time of arrival and departure in the notebook in order to identify who could meet at the institute.
- Employees over 65 years of age are prohibited from commuting to the institute until further notice. The exception can be granted by CA.
- PhD supervisors assign work for home to the students and monitor them consistently. Students make a report of their work (in English) and send it to the supervisors and M. Španková on her request.
- Heads of departments and supervisors are asked to inform foreign employees (PhD students, SAIA visitors …) about the situation in Slovakia and the institute in relation to coronavirus – about the measures, orders, bans, etc. taken.
- IEE will try to get or prepare its own disinfection and antiviral products with a high content of chlorine or alcohol (with E. Kováčová) to prepare for the gradual start of work at the institute.
- Fabian is responsible for the administration, compliance of financial flows, labor and other contracts with updated laws.
- Purchases run in normal mode, Edita Simekova will be at work regularly three times a week – Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Your orders will also be issued, you will need to send them by email with pdf version with the applicant’s signature.
- The Director will sign the documents every Monday and Thursday.
- The Institute will publish the Minutes of CA meetings on its website in bilingual.
- Work at home for all employees.
- A company holiday for all employees; for those employees whose holiday was not increased to 9 weeks last year, the holiday will be increased by at least 2 weeks in a collective agreement.
