The Selection Committee for the election of the Director of the Institute of Electrical Engineering Slovak Academy of Sciences (IEE SAS) and the Scientific Board of IEE SAS invite you all
to the presentation of the candidate for the position of Director of the IEE SAS – Ing. Milan Ťapajna, PhD., which will take place on November 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the institute’s meeting room (101).
The candidate for the director’s position will present his proposal for the organization’s concept and management to all employees. The candidate will defend the submitted concept by answering questions from the organization’s employees and the members of the selection committee.
Subsequently, the employees of the organization defined in the article 23 subsection 2 of the Act on Public Research Institutions (the Academic Community) will express their opinion on the candidate by secret ballot.
The assembly is quorate if an absolute majority of the organization’s staff defined in the article 23 subsection 2 of the Act on Public Research Institutions is present. Obtaining 1/3 of the votes of the employees present eligible to vote is a condition for continuing the selection process.
I therefore ask you to arrange your duties so that you can attend the candidate’s presentation and vote on him.
