on behalf of the Organisers, it is our pleasure to invite you to the 16th International Conference on Advanced Semiconductor Devices And Microsystems (ASDAM ’26), which will be held on October 7-9, 2026 in the Radisson Blu Carlton Hotel, in Bratislava, Slovakia.
The ASDAM ’26 conference will bring together leading experts from research institutes and universities as well as companies involved in semiconductor materials, devices, and microsystems technology to enable high quality dissemination of the latest scientific results.
Bellow is second call for papers with confirmed list of invited speakers covering topics of WBG/UWBG semiconductor materials and devices (GaN, Ga2O3, AlN), 2D materials, neuromorphic computing, and sensor technology.
