Exhibition
An exhibition of scientific equipment will take place in parallel with a scientific program. Following companies will participate on the exhibition:
Companies wishing to join the exhibition are kindly requested to pay the following fee:
Registration fee: 400 €
Standard exhibition stand: 300 €
or
Exhibition spot for own stand: 30 €/m2
The registration fee covers access to all conference events, the same as for conference delegates:
- Access to the WoDiM 2010 lectures and poster session
- Conference booklet
- Coffee breaks
- Lunch & dinner during the Conference
- Social program (conference dinner & excursion)
Standard exhibition stand:
stand with a U-shaped back wall. Each stand will be marked by the name of a company and provided with two tables (80x80 cm2), two chairs, electrical connection (1 kW) and a light. The total area is about 7-8 m2.
Exhibition spot for own stand:
spot without back wall, includes two tables (80x80 cm2), two chairs and electrical connection.
